Arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the political center of Vietnam from the 10th century. Visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, and learn about the early foundations of the Vietnamese state under the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties.
Afterward, enjoy an optional cycling activity through nearby villages, rice fields, and countryside roads. Guests who prefer not to cycle may relax at the restaurant area, enjoy the surrounding scenery, or take photographs.
Pause for lunch with local specialties in a comfortable countryside setting. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
In the afternoon, choose one of the following boat experiences:
- Tam Coc – A traditional sampan boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, passing through rice paddies, limestone karsts, and a system of natural caves, offering one of Ninh Binh’s most iconic landscapes.
- Trang An – A scenic boat journey through a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring limestone mountains, tranquil waterways, and an impressive tunnel cave system made famous in the film Kong: Skull Island.
Continue to Mua Cave, where guests may climb the stone steps to the summit of Ngoa Long Mountain. From the top, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, limestone formations, and river landscapes. Guests may also choose to remain at the base and relax.
